Project Timeline is Ideal
- Zoned PB which is approved for educational use - Because of MMCI’s previous work to obtain a zoning text amendment with the City of Frederick.
- General Contractor has been selected and meetings with the City of Frederick regarding permitting have been well received.
PHASED CONSTRUCTION
READY TO BEGIN
- Phase 1 will allow school to open and classes to carry on as usual in 1/2 the building.
- Early 2024: Phase 2 will be an occupied construction while the 2nd half of the building is renovated.
- Exterior Improvements: Phase 3 will allow for a green space, play areas, and a barrier fence along the east side of the building.
- 2nd Floor is already demo'd and ready for work to begin.
